What we collect
When you book an appointment or send a message, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and service address. That's it. We collect it because we need it to show up at the right house and send you an invoice.

- To contact you about your specific appointment

Text messages
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related text messages about your appointment — confirmations, reminders, and arrival notices. Message frequency varies by appointment, typically three to four messages per job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts.
Mobile information will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, other than the messaging provider needed to deliver the message itself.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles it directly under their own security standards.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the service providers required to run the business: Stripe for payments and Twilio for text messages. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Your choices
Email or call us to see what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted. We keep appointment and invoice records as long as required for tax and warranty purposes.
